ABOUT 3YG
3YG began with accomplished executive, Russ Salzer.
Throughout over 25 years of experience in executive leadership positions, one of the biggest challenges Russ faced was how to effectively support a sales team and grow the top-line year-over-year. It was a search for help that led him to the work of Stephan Schiffman at DEI and Steve Mulch at Veritas Training Group. He was immediately drawn to the program by its’ practicality and affordability. The technology for providing follow-up and reinforcement added to its' allure.
Russ's knowledge of the interdependency of people on business results created a competitive advantage as he began training corporate sales teams. His ability to improve interpersonal relationships delivers rapid and sustainable results.
Through years of development in 3YG, Russ and his colleagues now offer effective sales training and technology guidance including Prospecting Intensive, Appointment Setting, The Board CRM, Prospect Management, LIFO, and Inner Sales Workshop, as well as customized training to fit your company and sales teams’ needs.
